This Air Blend also known as the Gentle Blend
is for those who are experiencing the following:
Short Menstrual Cycles (27 days or less)
Uterine fatigue
Interim Bleeding (fresh spotting or spontaneous bleeding between periods)
Fourth trimester- periods return before 9 months postpartum, heavy blood flow , or who have a history of short menstrual cycles
 
NOTE:
Each Steam herb packet comes with enough for 5 Steam Sessions that have the balanced blend of necessary herbs.
The Measured Herbs can be used a recommened 2 times but 3 is also possible. IF you remove it from the saucepan prior to steaming, simply place the messured herbs in a reuseable tea bag (prior placing in the boiled water) in a sealed container and in the fridge - use the next day repeat once more then discard the herb bag after the 3rd use
 
The amount needed for this blend per steam is 1.5TBS to 1.5L of water
