This blend is for persons who are experiencing the following:
Postpartum/ fourth trimester
Menstrual Cycles 28 Days or Longer
Missing Periods
Periods that are controlled with oral contraceptives
Recovering from MiscarriageDON'T USE IF: you have a short menstrual cycle- 27 days or less or if you experience interim bleeding.
NOTE:
Each Steam herb packet comes with enough for 10 Steam Sessions that have the balanced blend of necessary herbs.
The Measured Herbs can be used a recommened 2 times but 3 is also possible. IF you remove it from the saucepan prior to steaming, simply place the messured herbs in a reuseable tea bag (prior placing in the boiled water) in a sealed container and in the fridge - use the next day repeat once more then discard the herb bag after the 3rd use
The amount needed for this blend per steam is 2TBS to 1.5L of water
