What is the High Heart?
Located between our heart and throat chakras, the High Heart provides the energy for communicating from the feeling side of our being- in other words, speaking from our heart.
The High Heart also relates to free will or willingness- the willingness to let go and surrender, the willingness to make changes despite the fear, and the willingness to be guided by spirit and not by ego control. Also known as the seat of the soul- guiding us to make decisions from the perspective of self-love and divine guidance.
